Welcome to this site, dedicated to the Pilates method and the values ​​that I defend as a Pilates teacher. My name is Iva Mazzoleni and I am passionate about life, people and the human body. I am a second-generation Pilates Teacher, fortunate to have been trained by Elder Master Teacher Lolita San Miguel in Florida who passed on all her experience and respect for the Pilates Method to me and others.

In 2008 in collaboration with a group of passionate teachers, our Pilates studio INSTANT PILATES was created, with the aim of creating a training space worthy of your needs, in order to move for greater health, while awakening all the potential hidden in you that others have not yet explored with you yet.

Our two workspaces are fully equipped and dedicated to the practice and the apprenticeship of the Pilates Method. An ideal training place for anyone wishing to give themselves the means to fully reach their physical potential through committed, continuous and tailor-made work, combining results with pleasure, whatever fitness level you are starting with!
