Full Comprehensive Pilates Training

Chose to become an internationally recognized Pilates Teacher

If you are looking for Full Comprehensive Pilates Training, check out "Lolita’s Legacy". A complete certifying training program on apparatus and on mat approved by Pilates Suisse and by the international association Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).

This comprehensive course, in which I am part of as an educator, alongside my colleague Stéphane Poretti, will provide you with all the technical, practical and educational tools of the Pilates Method. Make the choice to engage in a demanding training for a rich learning experience, in order to enter the market as a teacher of excellence knowing the Pilates Method inside-out. Knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills are the three main faculties that will define your learning path as a Pilates teacher for unparalleled professional fulfilment.

Lolita's Legacy training is based on the wonderful legacy that Lolita San Miguel received from Joseph Pilates as well as other great teachers (like Clara Pilates, Carola Trier, Kathy Grant and Brent Anderson). Lolita is one of only two students to have been certified by the creator of the method, Joseph Pilates, in 1967. This makes her the only student still alive who has been able to discover her last work and can to this day transmit the latest developments in the Pilates method as taught by Joseph before his death while preserving the essence of The Method.

After more than 5 years of preparation, Lolita San Miguel is finalizing her complete Pilates training course which fully integrates her more than 60 years of professional experience in the movement of the human body with the Pilates Method and all the heritage she has received by Joseph and Clara Pilates.

It is a training rich in discoveries, in practice and in mastery of the method in order to make you evolve towards what you can become more accomplished as a student and teacher of the Pilates Method. Lolita’s work and her unique approach to the Method is what has helped me grow to the Teacher I have become, enjoying Pilates in every single pore of my skin, passing on with joy and passion the genius of the Pilates system.
