The Studio
Two fully equipped spaces at your service ... in LAVAUX
Our Pilates Studio, called Instant Pilates, is located in the village of Paudex, 5 minutes from Lausanne, surrounded by the beautiful vineyards of Lavaux. The studio with its two training workspaces is very cosy, bright and private, in an intimate atmosphere away from crowds and prying eyes. Both spaces are fully equipped with all traditional Pilates apparatus with one space focusing more on supporting students in private situations, while the other space is more for learning in a small group.
The studio offers private, semi-private and small group sessions, to favour an in-depth learning opportunity, remaining available and very attentive to the progress of our students. Our studio limits the number of students that we can support annually in order to be able to continuously guarantee availability and flexibility, keeping the comfort of the space. The Studio and all of us teachers sharing the space in the studio do our utmost every day to meet your needs, your requirements and your busy schedules to serve your health!
The Studio is open Monday to Friday by appointment from 6 AM to 9:30 PM and on weekends on demand. Do not hesitate to visit our studio and discover all the class offers, prices and available class schedules.
Prices
Private Trial Session
I suggest that all new students benefit from a first encounter, followed by a free individual trail session, without commitment so that you can discover the Pilates method with all its possibilities and potential.
Individual Session
If you wish to take classes with me and learn the Pilates Method, I charge classes by class. The duration of each session is 60 minutes. Your classes will be billed to at the end of each month on a monthly basis.
My rates are
CHF 195.-/h for a session at the studio at Paudex
CHF 175.-/h h for virtual sessions online
If you wish to complement our training sessions with further regular practice of the Method, you can benefit from our studio’s small group classes for faster results and gaining greater autonomy with perfecting your practice.
